Use of the App
Product Tracker by Khynsoft Ltd is provided to help users manage renewable products, subscription records, renewal dates, costs, and related notes. Users are responsible for entering accurate records and managing their account credentials securely.
Accounts and Permissions
Workspace administrators manage users within their workspace. Khynsoft Ltd may maintain a super admin owner account for support, ownership, compliance, and operational purposes.
Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the app, database, hosting, or other users.
Data and Backups
Users should export records regularly for backup. Khynsoft Ltd is not responsible for data loss caused by hosting misconfiguration, deleted databases, weak credentials, or unauthorized access outside its control.

Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
