Product Tracker by Khynsoft Ltd helps users track renewable products, subscription status, payments, renewal dates, and related notes. This policy explains how personal data is collected, processed, stored, and protected in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).

We may collect account registration details, workspace names, usernames, encrypted passwords, consent records, product records entered by users, service addresses or provider details, payment and renewal dates, costs, notes, login session data, and technical information required to operate the website securely.

We process personal data based on consent, contract performance, legitimate interest in keeping the application secure and functional, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Consent Management
New workspace administrators must confirm that they have read and accepted this Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy before account creation. Consent acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and policy version. Users may contact Khynsoft Ltd to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
How We Use Data
Data is used to create and secure accounts, maintain tenant workspaces, provide dashboards and renewal reminders, manage users, support imports and exports, improve website functionality, and respond to support or compliance requests.
Retention
Workspace records are retained while the account remains active or until an authorized administrator requests deletion. Backups, logs, and security records may be retained for a limited period where needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
User Rights

Security
The hosted version uses password hashing, tenant-scoped database access, HTTP-only session cookies, and access controls. Website owners should deploy the app over HTTPS and keep api/config.php private.
